Instructions for using a slimming glass
1_ Drink 10 glasses of water daily. Try to drink a glass of water every hour. If possible, drink half a glass of water every half hour.
2- The water is better to be real spring water or Mehdani water (not packaged water available in the market).
3_ It is better if the water is slightly flavored. Adding a small amount of lime, fresh mint or fresh oregano will make the water taste much better.
4- Let's try to drink water before we get thirsty.
5- Before drinking water, say the phrase "Bismillah" so that the water molecules change.
